Jackie Franks is a 7th grade student in Art. Jackie's assignment was to create a monster sculpture out of clay. Jackie's monster is both creative and unique. She used good craftsmanship when sculpting and working with the clay. She glazed her creature a bold color and enhanced it by adding buttons and feathers. Jackie's sculpture measures 8" tall by 6" wide and will be in our yearly art show in May.

Exploring Future Paths: A Day of ACT Prep and Elective Exploration
Our 11th graders took on the challenge of their practice ACT, while the 8th to 10th graders rotated through six exciting stations, learning all about the various electives available at the high school level.
Our awesome seniors took the spotlight as experts, sharing their experiences and offering valuable advice on which classes and opportunities underclassmen should consider for next year. It was a great way for everyone to gain insights into the paths ahead!
The morning wrapped up with crucial information on scheduling classes for the upcoming year. A huge thank you to Mrs. Krystowiak and Mr. Kozak for organizing such an engaging and informative event!

Plainfield Little League

Our High School Plant Science Class is having a blast teaming up with our 4th graders to plant potatoes as part of the Kids Dig Wisconsin Potatoes Campaign! This hands-on experience is all about connecting students to the Wisconsin Potato Industry helping them learn exactly where their food comes from and allowing them to watch their efforts grow right in their classrooms. 🥔 🌱
We’re excited to see how the potatoes will flourish, and can't wait to continue learning throughout the process. Special thanks to the Wisconsin Potato Growers Auxiliary for supplying the seed potatoes, and donation to offset the cost of supplies. Stay tuned for updates on our potato-growing journey!

Kyu Yang wrestled at Regionals held in Omro on Saturday, Feb 15th and took 5th place. Unfortunately, only the top four placings advance to sectionals. We are very proud of Kyu and the progress he has made in his wrestling career so far.

We have been made aware that fallacious companies have been contacting local businesses to solicit funds claiming to represent or to support Tri-County Athletics. These requests should be ignored, they are not connected to the district in anyway. Thank you.

Jaycie Sanchez was featured in News Channel 9 Wausau for attending Women in Welding at Mid-State Technical college! An event held for women who are interested in welding and may have not had the opportunity to be exposed to this typically male dominated field. They heard from a female artist and made succulents that they got to take home.
